Comments:

It’s odd that this visualisation of a common printing press was made. [Sloping rails? No carriage? Pyramid shaped hose? No till?] The illustration of a roling press on the next page in the same book is accurate. Could it be that Jan and Caspar Luyken were only familiar with printing of gravures, and not with printing on common presses?
